Contract Medical Practitioner/ Part –Time Dental Surgeon job vacancies in Indian railway - Northern Railway

Contract Medical Practitioner on full time basis

No. of Posts :  03 (CMP Full time General Duty Medical Officer-02, CMP Full time Specialist (MD in Internal Medicine-01)

Qualification :  MBBS from a recognized University and must have completed compulsory rotatory internship for one year and should be in possession of a valid Registration Certificate from any of the State Medical Council of India or MCI. In case of specialists they should have P.G. Qualification /Diploma Degree in the required specialty from recognized university recognized by MCI and Registration Certificate from State Medical Council of India or MCI.

Remuneration : -(R. B. Letter No. 2017/Trans/01/Policy/Health dated 13.02.2018).

GDMO : Rs. 75,000/-

Specialist (1st Year onward) : Rs.  95,000/-

Specialist 2st Year onward) : Rs.  1,05,000/-

Age Limit :  

i. Not exceeding 48 yrs. as on 01.05.2018 subject to maximum twelve terms of one year each or till the age of 60 yrs whichever is earlier.

ii. Not exceeding 61 years on 01.05.2018 for retired IRMS Officers/ retired Medical Officers of State Govt. and Central Govt. subject to maximum five terms of one year each or till the age of 65 yrs whichever is earlier.

iii. Age relaxation for SC/ST- 5yrs and for OBC- 3yrs

Station : For N.Rly. Extra Divisional Hospital/Jagadhri Workshop

Note : - In case no candidate in MD (Internal Medicine) reports or no suitable candidate in MD(Internal medicine) is found by the screening committee then the post will be filled by Full time General Duty Medical Officer

Part –Time Dental Surgeon on contract basis

No. of Post : 1

Qualification :  Bachelor Degree of Dental Surgery from a recognized Institution with one year compulsory rotatory internship and registration with Dental Council of India or state Dental Council of India.

Remuneration : (R. B. Letter No. 2017/Trans/01/Policy/Health dated 13.02.2018). Rs 36,900/-per month .No other allowance will be granted. The daily rate of deduction of remuneration for absence in excess of eligibility will be as per extant Railway Board Policy with time to time amendment

Age Limit :  Not more than 57 years as on 01.05.2018. Part time dental surgeon shall cease to be on contract on his/her attaining the age of 60 years.
