Siemens Healthineers India is looking for a Financial Controlling/FP&A professional for its Zone India Diagnostics business portfolio Business Title: General Manager - Finance Internal Title: Controlling Manager Location : Bengaluru Job Responsibilities: Ensure that business partners receive transparent, reliable and context relevant data (decision making etc.) Responsibility for the budgeting / forecasting process (incl. preparation of reports, managing timelines, etc.) Close alignment with respective countries in Zone India, identify and plan for any operational risks Prepare monthly financial reviews with assigned support function and department heads Responsible for the preparation of regular business commentaries for respective stakeholders, to include volume, SG&A, margin/Profit, Free Cash Flow (FCF) etc. (includes identifying and analyzing trends and key deviations) Support in implementing process improvements, regional / HQ projects & initiatives and new business tools across the Zone India Leading the team according to our values, setting expectations in line with our goals and develop talents in area of responsibility Effective collaboration with peers and stakeholders and strict adherence to deadlines/deliverables, while balancing the need for accuracy and efficiency throughout all aspects of the work Responsible for people development topics in the team Skillset and Experience 8-12 years of experience in controlling role Excellent stakeholder management skills People development skills Organization: Siemens Healthineers Company: Siemens Healthcare Private Limited Experience Level: Experienced Professional Job Type: Full-time
