Preferred Qualification :
- Experience creating prototypes for conversation interfaces like chat and messaging in English
- Experience working with Product and Customer Experience partners
- Experience in enhancing user’s ability to perform self-service by optimizing the journeys around most common troubleshoot needs, and self-service tasks across channels (web content, communities, in-products, social media)
Education :
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 1+ years of experience creating content in a professional environment specialized for conversational interfaces
