We are currently seeking a Coolgen Software Development Specialist to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for Root Cause analysis for major incidents
- Oncall Support for out of office Hours
- Candidate will be responsible for End to End L2 and L3 support
- Involved in troubleshooting and debugging critical problems and resolving complex technical issues that may arise.
- Candidate should have 5+ Years
- Candidate should have 5+ Years of experience in Cool:Gen, Oracle, Unix
- Candidates should be excellent team players, yet capable of working independently
- Excellent communication Skills
- Should be ready to work in Irish shift (1:30 PM - 10:30 PM Summers, 2:30 PM â 11:30 PM Winters)
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science
- 5+ years of experience in software development/production support.
- Experience in working directly with customers.
- Experience in retail banking domain
- Good Knowledge of ITIL processes - Incident, Problem, Change Management
