- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve.
- Analyze risks and opportunities
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Attend Stand up the meeting of employees about their task.
- Check time sheet of all employees.
- Attend a meeting of all projects internal and also with clients.
- Understand the issue in the meeting and report it to Manager.
- Track the task of all employees.
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Required Good Communication Skills.
