- He/she must be ready to travel all these target areas.
- He/she must be able to speak and write English language and communicate in local languages of target area.
- He/she wants to meet government offices, NGOs, and community leaders in the target areas.
- He /she must conduct seminars for zonal managers.
- He/she should have curriculum development ability.
- He/she must be capable to analyze the crisis and agony in the society.
- He/she should have the talent of innovation for community development.
- He/ she should collect the reports from zonal managers as well as guide and monitor them.
- He/she must send monthly reports to the head office at the end of the every month.
- Qualification: MSW or any equallent.
- Income: Rs. 50,000/- to 1,00,000/-per month.
- This work will be based on contract (2016-2017).
