1. Incorporation and registration of Companies.
2. Registration of DIN and Digital Signatures.
3. Registration of Share Transfer Maintenance of secretarial records and related reporting Maintenance of statutory records and registers.
4. Filing with the ROC and MCA Annual return Filing of Companies and LLP's
5. Knowledge of GST, TDS & other compliances as per Laws
6. Maintaining & Supervising all accounting entries
