Job Description


    Your Profile o Tracking of the External Environment
  • Understand the various business verticals and the competitive environment
  • Provide inputs to the CEO and management team on the emerging consumer/business/competitive trends
    • o Evaluation of New Business opportunities/Business Verticals for organic and inorganic growth
  • Research and analysis related to any strategic initiatives as may be necessary to assist the CEO in
  • decision making
  • Develop and validate business models and strategies for new business/verticals
  • Key role in incubation of new business vertical’s
  • Monitor and report on the progress of new business verticals/investee companies within the organization across functions
  • Attend and monitor all review meetings
  • Support the management team of investee companies/new business verticals and assist in integration
    • o Internal communication
  • Draft and maintain management/investor presentations
  • Effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders
    • o Others
  • Shadow the CEO for critical business meetings and follow-up on the agenda
  • Supporting the CEO in day to day activities across businesses
    • Your Checklist:
  • MBA/CA/CFA/Engineer with over 3-4 years of experience
  • Post MBA/CA/CFA experience in any of the following areas: investment banking, strategy
    consulting, due diligence or Corporate M&A
  • 2+ years’ experience in strategy consulting or Transaction Services/Due Diligence practice at a Big 4 accounting firm preferred
  • Experience in consumer (B2C) service industries (ecommerce, media) will be an advantage
  • Strong quantitative abilities, keen strategic analysis acumen and competence in using
    quantitative analysis tools
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Good Presentation Skills
