Position: Corporate Recruiter.

We're looking for a smart & talented Corporate recuiters who will be working closely with hiring managers to define needs & structure the recruitment plan. Also, crafting the company’s talent acquisition strategy and organizing all communications with candidates. Ultimately, you will maintain & improve our employer brand, ensuring that we attract, hire and retain people who contribute to our company’s growth.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Recruiter will be direct under CHRO of the Organization & Recruiter is directly responsible for the full spectrum of the hiring plan from shortlisting to closing successful hires.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Required Skills/Abilities:
Any Bachelor or Master Degree with Proven HR Recruiting Knowledge.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Thorough knowledge of HR Hiring & Talent Management.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
