- Able to communicate in multiple languages
- Responsible for creating an awareness about wisdom Jobs Products & services and selling the services through calls.

- Creating a need for the customer rather than working on the need thru continuous engagement & working towards carving out a solution specific to the customer requirements
- Calling the Key decision makers/Business Heads/HR heads ensuring the cross functional mapping in the account is done
