Designation: Digital Marketing Education – Counsellor cum HR Executive 

Job Purpose: 

• To counsel the prospective students by educating them about Digital Marketing Course leading to admission in the DM Training Institute. Managing recruitment and HR Operations.
  

Job Responsibilities

Counsellor (70%):

• To attend students visiting Training Institute and providing information on the running courses.
  
• To resolve admission queries of students received by telephonic or e-mail medium.
  
• To make admission related calls to students and selling the course by counselling students.
  
• To document the data, generate analytical report and able to design strategy for the purpose.
  

HR Executive (30%):

• To do recruitment (working on job portals, fetching right CVs, calling, head hunting, organising interviews, closing positions on time)
  
• HR Operations (Managing employee lifecycle. Assisting in induction, operations, leave, attendance, performance management, training, separations and employee engagement programs)
  

Attributes

• Should have good English communication skills (Verbal and Written)
  
• Pleasing personality with great presentation skills
  
• Should have selling and persuasion skills
  
• Well versed with Computer – MS Office, Internet, Web surfing
  
• Should be fun loving, energetic full of enthusiasm with great learning aptitude
  

EXPERIENCE

• 0 to 5 years of experience as counsellor and/or HR person
  
• Digital Marketing experience is highly desirable
  

EDUCATION

• BE/B.Tech/BCA/MCA/MBA (HR & Mktg.)
  
• Computer Science/Information Technology background will be preferred
  
• Should be throughout first class.
