Job Description
We are hiring Counselor cum Telecaller for one of the reputed branch in Panchkula. We are not consultant, we are a direct company with our Head Office based at Gurgaon along with 30 branches across India.
We urgently require Counselor-cum-telecaller with the following job responsibilities
- Generate leads through the data collected from various mediums.
- Converting leads into walk-in's and walk-in's into registration.
- Handle telephonic enquires and counsel the students over the phone.
- Brief students & parents about the product and the facility.
- Follow-up aggressively on enquires registration and call logs.
- Follow up with all enquires received through email, mass mailer or any other sources identified by the Organisation.
- Prepare a MIS report on all the calls and enquires attended.
- Interaction with parents and orienting them about the institute.
- Participate in events and activities organized for marketing and promotions. Prepare for pre-event and post-event follow-ups.
- Maintain relationship with students, look out for re-registration & referral opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing team and assist in-house and outdoor activities.
