Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop / update ‘Life Skills’ curriculum across age groups by designing innovative content including stories, audio-visual, worksheets, games, themes, etc
- Impart training to students on life skills based on the defined Life Skills content
- Conduct Life Skills workshop for parents and teachers
- Develop interesting content to be updated on website/ blogs on regular basis
- Facilitate business development by
- Soliciting meeting with schools and making presentation/ demo to key stakeholders
- Organising event during key school events e.g. parent-teacher meeting, annual function, etc
- Other activities based on nature of the job.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate degree with specialisation in child development, life skills, psychology/ related field
- 0-2 year(s) of experience
- Good communication skills and inter-personal skills
- Proficiency in MS office suite
OTHERS TERMS
- Flexible working hours - 8 hours per day
- 6 days working with option on working for home for 1-2 days
- 3 flexible off including sick leaves, festivals, etc
- 15 days notice period
- Work location- Location of Schools for imparting Life Skills Training (East Delhi/ Shalimar Garden, etc)
