Job Description
- Looking for a male/female fresher with 0-1year of work experience in career counselling, counsellor or customer service, customer care background for the position of Course counsellor with MahaVastu.
- Developing leads from the existing Database
- Replying to the prospective candidates and other queries on social media platforms
- Maintaining course database in Excel and in software both
- Reverting queries on mails and calls
- Taking care of enrollment and registration process of a candidate e for the course
- Payment follow-up of the course
- Making participant aware about the entire course details and relevant information
- Males/females both can apply
- Exp 0 1 year, Freshers can also apply with good communication skills and having basic knowledge of ms office.
- (Candidate having experience in bpo,customer care,customer relationship ,business development can apply)
- Qualification Minimum graduate
- Good comm skills, both verbal and written
- Good in Ms Office
- Salary-As per industry standards
