Job Description:

•  We are hiring Counselor for our organisation in Pitampura (Netaji Subhash Place) who should have EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS, GOOD IN ENGLISH, and PEACEFUL PERSONALITY.
  
• Work Location:- Pitampura (Netaji Subhash Place )
  

 Key Responsibilities:

•  Making enhanced outbound calls on leads provided by the company.
  
• Experience in credit card and Insurance Company would be given preference.
  
• Reaching out to new customers and counsel them the benefits to get admissions in different states for our board.
  
• Analyzing customer's requirements and providing them solutions as per their needs
  
• Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing clients
  
• Creating database of existing and new clients
  
• Adhering to quality standard
  

• UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
  
• PG: Any Postgraduate
  
• Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
  
• Excellent telephony skills.
  
• Strong command of English Language and ability to effectively communicate with variety of different customers.
  
• A degree or equivalent qualification or a proven background as Counsellor.
  
• Proven track record in strong presentation skills is essential.
  
• Strong track record of business-to-business sales.
  
• Strong research and strategic analysis skills.
  
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and be able to call potential clients with confidence.
  
• Skilled at agreeing and closing deals with customers.
  
• Adept in operating Microsoft Office and associated programs.
  
• Must enjoy a challenging work environment that requires significant flexibility, self direction and creativity.
  
• Work effectively as part of a team and independently.
