Job Description

Counselling students and parents about Academy courses and programs.
Ensuring proper handling of all queries and walk-ins by effective counselling.
Arranging and Scheduling Students meeting for personal interviews.
Respond to inquiries and following up on Leads.
Responsible for admission process & documentation, batch formation.
To work on training and placement correspondence and telephone enquiries internally and externally.
Network and Connect with different Industry sectors and potential recruiters.
Correspond with prospective companies for interview date and schedule of events.
Should be able to ensure placement of students after completion of their respective programs.
Facility Management.
Managing Events for career guidance or
Co-ordinating with Mumbai University about admissions of students, sending merit list, checking with their documents and other admin related work.
Provides logistic support to the staff stationed (Classrooms) when classes are being held.
Assisting the Head of Departments (Animation/ VFX and Film Art) for their production requirements and keeping a follow up with them.
Keeping a vigil and control on all equipment’s / Cameras etc. which are kept in the RSACE office.
Mailing the faculties and students about their upcoming lectures a week in advance. (If required)
Other work as and when required and instructed by Management.
