Counselor job Position in Sarva Haryana Gramin Bank

Eligibility : V. Preferably, individual retired as Bank officer with experience of handling credit and having worked in rural/semi-urban area. VI. He should have been honorably retired from the Bank. He should be able to work independently, should have computer knowledge, especially of programmes like MS Word, Power Point and Excel, and should be able to operate internet. VII. His age on the date of engagement should not be more than 62 years. VIII. Initial engagement of the Counselor shall be for three years subject to review on yearly basis with one-year extension subject to production of medical certificate of good health from CMO. The extension will be subject to upper limit of 65 years.

Sarva Haryana Gramin Bank came into existence after amalgamation of 2 RRBs namely Haryana Gramin Bank, Head Office, Rohtak (Sponsor by Punjab National Bank) & Gurgaon Gramin Bank, Head Office, Gurgaon (Sponsor by Syndicate Bank) vide Notification dated 29.11.2013. At present the Head Office of the Bank is at Rohtak. Sarva Haryana Gramin Bank operates in all 22 Districts of Haryana State. As on 15th Aug,2017 Sarva Haryana Gramin Bank is having 650 Branches all over Haryana. The Bank is committed to the objective to cater the financial needs of rural masses to make them self-reliant and to facilitate them with better and safer saving opportunities, keeping in view the social responsibility with special care for weaker sections of the society. Bank has been biggest contributor to BPL families in the state for rendering financial assistance under Housing Board Scheme. Bank has bagged 1st position in the state in formation of Farmers' Club and the honour was bestowed upon Bank by Sh. Bhupender Singh Hooda, Hon'ble Chief Minister, Haryana on 12.07.2013 in a function organized by NABARD at Chandigarh. Gram Sabha meetings are being organized on weekly basis by all the rural branches of the Bank. FUTURE OUTLOOK To focus on Housing Loans, Car Loans, MSMEs & KCC above 10 Lacs to increase the Credit Deposit Ratio of the Bank. To focus on promotion of micro credit dispensation through Self Help Groups, JLGs etc. Making 100% financial inclusion in the villages allocated to our Bank in particular and in the command area of all branches of the bank, in general. Bank envisages diversifying its lending activities to meet all productive and consumption needs of its customers in a hassle-free manner with holistic approach.
