Job Description
Court Attendant (Group ‘C’)

Room Attendant (Group ‘C’)
No. of Vacancies : 05 (SC-01,ST-01, OBC-03)
Qualification: Matriculation pass or equivalent from a recognized Board or Industrial Training Institute Pass Certificate from a recognized Institute.
Age : Age should not be below 18 years and over 27 years as on 01.01.2017
Examination Fee: A non-refundable online fee of Rs. 300/- (Rupees three hundred only) will be payable by male OBC candidates along with applicable transaction charges. No fee shall be charged from the SC/ST/Persons with disability/Ex-Servicemen and Women candidates. It is clarified that the fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances. It is also clarified that no chargeback will be entertained.
Mode of Selection: Eligible candidates will be required to appear in a written test of two and a half hours based on Multiple Choice Question pattern in English consisting of (I) Hindi (II) English (III) General Knowledge & (IV) Arithmetic, carrying a weightage of 100 marks. There shall be 25% negative marking for each wrong answer. Such number of candidates who qualify in the written test, shall be required to appear for interview subject to the condition that the candidates to be shortlisted for interview shall not be more than five times the total number of vacancies available in each category. Final merit of successful candidates will be prepared on the basis of aggregate of their performance in written test & interview. Preference will be given to those who have the specialized experience/knowledge in cooking/carpentry/electrician job/driving (with a valid driving licence) etc.

The High Court of Delhi was established on 31st October 1966. Initially, the High Court of Delhi exercised jurisdiction not only over the Union Territory of Delhi, but also Himachal Pradesh. It had a Himachal Pradesh Bench at Shimla in a building called Ravenswood. The High Court of Delhi continued to exercise jurisdiction over Himachal Pradesh until the State of Himachal Pradesh Act, 1970 was enforced on 25th January 1971. The High Court of Delhi was established with four Judges. They were Chief Justice K. S. Hegde, Justice I. D. Dua, Justice H. R. Khanna and Justice S. K. Kapur. The sanctioned strength of Judges of this High Court increased from time to time. Presently, the sanctioned strength of Judges of the High Court of Delhi is 29 permanent Judges and 19 Additional Judges.
