- Inbound/Outbound Calling- Voice Process /Chat and Email Process
- Person should be Good In Communication Skills (English/Hindi/Marathi) or Lingual (English/ Hindi/Gujarati or Kannada or Marwadi or Bangali)
- Must be knowing Typing and Basic Computer Knowledge
- Fresher/Experienced
- Must have Aadhaar Card and other relevant Documents like academics in place
- Qualifications: Minimum 12th Pass/Graduate/Diploma with 3 yrs complete
- Should be ok with Rotational Shifts/Rotational Week Off
