Job Description

  • We are looking for someone to be a core member of the CustomerSuccessBox marketing design team.
  •  As a creative designer, you will create and own designs, development, and production of the website, marketing projects and other resources, such as ebooks, blogs, landing pages, display ads, etc.

Key Responsibilities
  •  Work with the team to develop and publish design focused on brand awareness and demand generation
  • Work on the website, landing pages, and graphics for content marketing and ad campaigns
  • Innovate around design ideas
  • Meeting design delivery deadlines
Requirements
  • Proficiency with industry-standard software like Sketch and Adobe CC applications such as PhotoShop, InDesign, and Illustrator
  • Working knowledge of current development practices, and design trends
  • Understanding of Wordpress, HTML/ CSS is a plus
  • A passion for creating innovative designs
  • Close attention to detail and well organized

About the Founders

Puneet Kataria, Founder & CEO: Puneet leads CustomerSuccessBox. Prior to this, he was VP of Sales & Marketing at a SaaS company. In 17 years of professional experience, he has been a proven leader at ThoughtWorks, IBM, Telelogic and an Engineer with Honeywell Aerospace. He has grown startups to ~$10 million in revenue and managed 10,000+ accounts. Puneet is an alumni of IIM-Bangalore and has a Masters and Bachelors degree in Computer Science.

Amritpal Singh, Co-founder & CTO: Amrit leads technology and engineering at CustomerSuccessBox. Prior to this, Amrit developed four other platforms from scratch. He has worked at Droom (founded by Sandeep Aggarwal, founder of Shopclues), Kayako and has been a co-founder of a healthcare startup. He is a regular open source contributor.
