Role

JioSaavn team seeks a team player to provide high quality and efficient customer service and support to musicians & podcasters using the JioSaavn Creator Platforms. The perfect candidate will be a role model of service delivery for JioSaavn and will serve as the primary interface with them.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for being attentive & responding professionally to every creator query encountered through emails & social media.
  • Responsible for verifying authenticity of the registered artists through social media and driving the access requests for JioSaavn creator platforms.
  • Respond to creator feedback & queries in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
  • Escalate issues to the reporting manager and other JioSaavn teams when encountered, follow-up to get a turn around time for the fix, and keep the creator updated on the issue.
  • Troubleshoot minor technical errors encountered by the listeners by asking relevant questions and probing well to reach the root cause of the issue.
  • Maintain a professional working relationship with creators and colleagues
  • Document most asked questions/queries to consolidate & update FAQs of creator platforms.
Requirements
  • Graduated Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Excellent English-language communication skills including ability to communicate clearly, professionally, both verbally and written, and at a level suitable for a variety of audiences.
  • Excellent listening skills with inquisitive, positive, team-oriented, enthusiastic approach.
  • Self-motivated work ethic.
  • Friendly, polite, and tactful nature.
  • Ability to handle diverse customers and situations with patience.
  • Ability to cope with multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively both as an individual and in a team environment.
  • Experience with the internet and high-tech industry.
