Job Description
- Initial screening of cases
- Interact with customers in the course of credit evaluation
- Analyzing Financials
- Ensure all lending procedures comply with regulations
- Review the process and suggest improvements for a better TAT and customer experience
- Work in close coordination with sales and operations department and align to Business target
- Provide support and training to staff to build consistent risk awareness & sourcing quality
- Cross functional coordination with collection team to maintain portfolio quality and review of delinquent cases
- Review of Policy on a regular basis and provide feedback on changes in the market trends to the Policy team
