JOB PROFILE

The primary duties and responsibilities of the Credit Analyst shall be as follows:

i. Conduct of due diligence of clients and projects;

ii. Credit appraisal and preparation of Memorandum of Sanction;

iii. Ensuring the quality of credit appraisal and documentation of various sanctions;

iv. Gathering information about prospective clients/sectors and preparing analytical reports;

v. Assessing, analysing and interpreting financial statement information received from clients;

vi. Prepare spreadsheets, reports, summaries and opinions on new, renewal and existing loans;

vii. Carrying regular credit monitoring of clients – Off-site and On-site and preparing action plan for follow-up;

viii. Keeping company credit exposures within set risk bearing limits;

ix. Performing various regulatory compliances;

x. Up-to-date knowledge of key issues (for example legal, market risk and compliance issues);

xi. Making recommendations about procedural/policy changes;

xii. Complete requested reports for the Loan Committee, Audit Committee and the Board of Directors on a timely basis and follow up thereof;

xiii. Rendering professional advice depending upon the requirement and additional items of work, if any, assigned by NABSAMRUDDHI from time to time.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

a. Educational Qualifications:

i. Graduate in any discipline with minimum 50% or equivalent marks in CGPA from any reputed institution; and

ii. Should possess CA qualification having registration with ICAI (or) MBA (Finance) on full-time basis from reputed institution.

b. Experience:

i. Minimum of 3 years of experience in reputed and relevant NBFCs/Financial Institutions/Banks;

ii. Candidates with proficiency in Credit Analysis and Appraisal and strong familiarity in Information Technology with experience of systems implementation viz. ERP, Accounting software will be preferred.

c. Age

i. Any Eligible citizen who qualifies with respect to education and experience required for this role up to a maximum of 40 years as of date of advertisement.

OTHER CRITERIA

i. Proficiency in using tools such as MS Office (specifically in Excel) and other computer related functions for day-to-day functioning;

ii. Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.

PLACE OF POSTING

i. The place of posting for the present will be Mumbai;

ii. However, depending on the administrative requirement of NABSAMRUDDHI, the candidate may be placed anywhere in the country in future.
