Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable HubSpot expert to join our team remotely.

The successful candidate will become our in-house Hubspot guru, responsible for delivering the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvements of our CRM platform. Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience administering a CRM system in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

•  Work with users to assess and define their needs
• Ensure CRM system issues are resolved within a timely manner
• Communicate with HubSpot support when needed, escalation of tickets, reporting progress until resolved
• Maintain data integrity within the HubSpot database by managing data import, system integrations, data auditing and cleanup, workflow management, and custom fields
• Providing technical support for a team of marketing and sales professionals
• Configuration of processes, workflow, display and user management
• System administration tasks and ongoing maintenance of platform
• Provide day-to-day end-user support services for HubSpot
• Develop a solid understanding of sales processes
• Become subject matter expert to train end users
• Create advanced reports and dashboards
• Identify opportunities to improve processes
• Managing the company’s G Suite account (users, groups, security, etc...)
• Setting up employee accounts on the company’s CRM system and other sub-systems
• Defining employee access permissions according to job title and management orders
• Training new hires to help them get familiar with the company processes
• Formulating API scripts and communicating the final script with partner companies
• Setting up integrations with other systems to enable seamless flow of information
• Handling the on-boarding and off-boarding duties

skills and Experience

• 2+ years of experience using HubSpot system
• Bachelors in IT/Science Related Degree
• Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills
• Ability to manage time well and prioritize workload
• Ability to understand technical documents
• Strong eye for detail and problem-solving skills
• Programming skills including knowledge in JSON
• Zapier skills
• Using HTTP features (post, get, put, delete) and error response codes
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Software training skills
