Job Description
Manage large amounts of incoming calls
· Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
· Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
· Maintaining healthy relationship with the existing vendors and generate new leads for vendor onboarding
· Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
· Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions, were taken. Process orders, forms, and applications
· Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
· Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
·KANNADA ,English and Hindi fluency for customer support executive is mandatory.
