Job Description

What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute large-scale ad-hoc and automated communications for Uber in a highly fast-paced environment
Support the India and South Asia ops, marketing and city teams with campaign execution requests from a CRM perspective
Strive towards excellence in campaign executions
Obsess over the funnel metrics and set concrete KPIs to improve engagement and retention driving continuous improvement
Rigorously track and monitor past and current campaign performance and user behavior to recommend strategies and campaigns that will increase engagement
Run coordinated experimentation that will generate the insights of tomorrow
Implement tools and processes to drive local efficiency
What You’ll Need:SQL knowledge is a big plus
1 - 2 years of execution & operations experienceStrong familiarity and passion for customer re-engagement and marketing
Strong project management skills that enable you to work with multiple teams in different time zones, countries and regions. Tackle large-scale challenges but don’t lose sight
You are comfortable analyzing engagement campaigns and developing cohesive conclusions based on data
Ability to fluently communicate with marketing, product, and platform teams
Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
A proactive approach to solving problems and finding solutions
Confidence to develop processes that drive operational efficiency at a global scale
