- Candidate must have experience (1-2 projects) architecting and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM based business solutions.
- Candidate must have experience in implementingtraditional service, sales and marketing, CRM solutions as well as developing custom applications using the xRM framework.
- Hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, the entity model, security model, and Web services, advance Developer Extensions for Dynamics CRM / xRM framework.
- Hands-on experience architecting solutions that involve CRM customization to include server side code, custom business logic, integration modules, workflow assemblies and plug-ins
- Experience with customizing the Web client or Dynamics CRM for Microsoft Office Outlook to include scripting, integration/development of custom Web pages using the CRM user interface and style guides
- Experience with the C# language and the Microsoft .NET Framework, ADO.NET, ASP.NET, Windows Communication and Workflow foundation
- Experience architecting business solutions based on SQL Server database, reporting and integration services
- Experience developing solutions which involve relational database technologies on platforms such as SQL Server
- Experience with object-oriented design and Service Oriented Architectures (SOA) Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Data Migration Experience using Scribe or similar product
- Experience with Microsoft CRM 2016/365 Modules and features.
- Experience with Microsoft CRM 2016/365 customizations and Configuration [Sitemap, Writing jScripts, Developing/Registering plug-ins, workflows and dialogs, SDK, importing data and CRM Deployment Manager]
- Experience in developing XML Web Services and Server components
- Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM version 2015 onwards
- Demonstrated proficiency in customizing and creating CRM entities.
- Demonstrated proficiency in understanding and implementing business workflows and processes
- Demonstrated proficiency in using the either the CRM SDK or plugin platforms.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft .NET development using C#
- Creating BRD's.
- Design and integrate business processes and data flows between CRM applications and other applications.
- Train client personnel on the usage and administration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (functional user training and technical training)
- Lead technical discussions with clients
- Provide technical support to existing CRM clients
RESPONSIBILITIES
All activities of Implementation Cycle (Req. Gathering, Req. Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing, Reviews etc.)
- Perform as a credible subject matter expert with clients during sales cycle and in support of marketing events.
- Manage the delivery of CRM configuration, custom assembly development, integration code and data migration scripts of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM-based project
- Lead projects involved in full-lifecycle development efforts which are based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, xRM framework and C#.NET
- Lead development of user stories, use cases and design artifacts to effectively convey requirements to both client stakeholders and development teams
- Contribute to the company architectural best practices and CRM customization standards to be utilized on Dynamics CRM-based projects
- Providing hands-on mentoring and expert-level technical assistance to junior members of the development team
- Conduct code reviews to ensure that customization code quality is at the highest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being followed
- Provide as needed interview and technical screening support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM candidates
Education & Experience:
- 3+ years of Dynamics CRM Development experience is required (2016/365)
- CRM development or integration best practices
- CRM forms, screens, views, workflows and reports development
- Technical specifications documentation(s)
- Experience developing plug-ins and interfaces with other systems
- Architect/design CRM system, related customizations, portals, and report
- Hands-on experience on CRM SDK and Developers Toolkit
- Programming languages – C#, VB.net, ASP.NET, HTML, MVC, JavaScript
- Data migration experience. Experience with MS SQL Server, SQL Reporting Services preferred.
- Strong experience with front end development (HTML 5, CCS 3, JavaScript, JQuery)
- Hands on experience of analysis in a web development environment
