Job Description
CSR MANAGER-
- Administer the company’s charitable grant program activities, serving
as primary point of contact for grant applicants, senior leaders and
colleagues on process navigation.
- Optimize work flow for evaluation of
funds requests with appropriate internal committees, senior leaders and
Community Reinvestment Act team.
- In coordination with Corporate Social Responsibility Manager,
administer the NGO charitable budget, providing reports of
accountability based on charitable budget segment allocations.
- Provide data for regulatory and finance reporting. Assist in analysis and reconciliation as required.
- Assist with the production of materials for the Charitable
Advisory Committee, Community Development Charitable Committee and
related meetings.
- Assist in the development of reporting capabilities to support a
comprehensive and accurate picture of fund. Support
approach(es) that enable the ngo to measure change delivered by its
programs.
- Coordinate Corporate Social Responsibility reporting process,
working with other departments to collect data across full
sustainability spectrum.
- Research best practices in corporate grant management and
actively consult with team members and management as needed to
formulate, recommend and implement solutions that go beyond the obvious
in a timely manner.
- Assist with the production of corporate social responsibility programs and community events.
