Job Description:
- Good communication and Leadership skills
- Should be well versed with creating test cases and in execution level.
- Should investigate the potential defects and discuss them with developers.
- Act as a mentor and ensure that the testing team works effectively.
- Good Manual software testing skills with exposure towards testing of large and complex applications including web and mobile applications.
- Good knowledge of software development life cycle, Testing Methodologies and ISO 9001:2000 documentation requirements.
- Capable of understanding business/system requirements of an application and develop Test Plans, Test cases and create Test Data
- Good communication and Interpersonal skills with capability to work along with business analysts, development team and business users.
- experience in both Automation and Manual Testing ( mandatory)
- Knowledge in Java, Selenium, Appium, webservices.
