Job Description
1. Manage cold kitchen production
2. Work on special projects directly under the sous-chef
3. Exercise proper HACCP procedures such as hourly temp logs and proper chemical use
4. Uphold the highest standards of safety and sanitation according to HACCP
5. Receive stock and practice FIFO procedures
6. Follow the FIFO process when rotating food items
7. Ensure consistent quality by presentation, communication, and initiation
8. Prepare meals as ordered
9. Prepare all food items ensuring a high standard of taste, temperature, and preparation
10. Prepare his mise-en-place for the next day
11. Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and report any repair or maintenance needed
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 16th May'22 and 20th Jun'22
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Bangalore
5. have relevant skills and interests
1. Knowledge of Spanish or English preferred
2. Should be enrolled in a university or have less than 12 months of graduation
3. Should be 18 to 30 years old
4. Candidates of any nationality preferred
5. Open-minded, willing to learn new things, and meet new people
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per performance ).
