- The Customer Acquisition Executive is self-motivated, has excellent verbal communication skills, is a quick learner and strong team player.
- A 'Go Getter' attitude is very much needed and the individual must be able to work in the fast-paced, challenging and energetic environment.
- Map Construction sites in the target area.
- Understanding the client’s needs.
- Coordinate projects by communicating effectively with client & internal procurement team to follow all steps to ensure the project stays on track.
- Anticipate and make recommendations for client needs.
- Be exceptionally responsive to all client requests.
- Provide EXCELLENT customer service with a positive attitude to every client, on every occasion
- Must have excellent problem solving, organizational and verbal communication.
- Must have strong follow-up skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Must have excellent phone skills & etiquette.
- Must be willing to learn new things.
- Must like smiley faces and have a sense of humor.
