Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop client portfolios and improve and sustain business growth
2. Use data collection and analysis to improve the customer's experience and train customer support representatives
3. Implement specific strategies for both sales and customer service and handle onboarding of clients
4. Gather customer feedback and manage communication infrastructure
5. Work on account management and act as the customers' advocate
6. Engage in upselling
7. Provide step by step technical help both written and verbal and provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
8. Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
9. Ensure all issues are properly logged and resolved
10. Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
11. Follow up with clients to ensure their product is fully functional after troubleshooting
12. Document recurring issues and resolutions in the form of notes and manuals
13. Maintain jovial relationships with clients
14. Gather insights and data regarding consumption, trends, and risk factors
15. Handle proactive acts without being told what to do bring new ideas to the company
