Job Description
1. Troubleshooting any issues related to our platform
2. Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, including account setup and network issues
3. Providing L1 and L2 support
4. Asking customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
5. Engage clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email, or chat, until they have solved a technical issue
6. Escalating unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
7. Providing prompt and accurate feedback to customers
8. Referring to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
9. Ensuring all issues are properly logged
10. Prioritizing and managing several open issues at one time
11. Following up with clients to ensure their queries are resolved
12. Preparing accurate and timely reports
