Responsibilities and Duties
The candidate will be responsible for -
- Daily Operation work for dispatching shipments
- Checking for shipment delivery with Fedex
- Handling customer queries on email and call
- Coordinating with our vendors for shipping
- Content and uploading new products for the website
- Shipping for orders received on other websites such as Amazon, Pepperfry etc.
