 Description

• Must live in Ahmedabad / Baroda / Gandhinagar Town 
• Manage & maintain the allocated portfolio of service contracts & staff, sustain good relationships with clients in the role of Service Delivery Manager 
• Must have Mechanical engineering or Diploma Qualification & have exposure to Project Management, Air-conditioning, Refrigeration, the Central Plant environ 2 yrs supervisory exp Strong business acumen Electrical/ Electronic knowledge .

• Industrial, Commercial, Hospital, Hotels, Corporates and residential buildings around the Ahmedabad rely on their heating, ventilation and cooling (HVAC) systems to provide warm and cool, dry and humid air throughout the seasons.
•  Working as an HVAC Technical work involves working with building and business owners to provide improved systems that will operate more efficiently and reduce the operating costs of the HVAC systems over time. 
• The job duties might include contacting new and existing customers, describing the advantages of a new HVAC system, scheduling installations and negotiating service contracts and prices. 
• A HVAC Technical person might also need to go in and demonstrate the new system to a client who has questions or isn't sure how to use it.
