Job Description
Maintain and update database of new & existing clients.
* Technical Support Engineer responsibilities include resolving network issues, configuring operating systems and using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support
* Provide Customer Service/ Support via calls, emails or chats.
* Handle incoming queries through emails & calls
* Accurate logging and resolution of complaints
* MIS Reporting
* To provide a high level of technical support to our customers
* Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
* Prepare accurate and timely reports.
* Should be customer-service oriented.
