Job Description
Effective handling and monitoring day to day operations.
• Support for all data entry on daily basis with MS office and Mutual fund software’s.
• Providing solutions regarding the complaints and grievances to distributors and Investors.
• • Branch audit preparation.
• • Co-ordination with HQ operations and backend teams.
• • Marketing of the product through physical meetings , calls and e-mails. Back Office Support – 1 Sales Support – 1 To visit potential clients to drive sales. Provide required information to clients about mutual fund schemes. Solving scheme related queries of SBI channels, NDs & IFAs. Regularly visit SBI Branches/IFAs/NDs to drive Mutual Fund sales Provide information related to Mutual Fund schemes to walk in customer in branches. Maintain & Provide monthly / quarterly sales MIS to IFAs / NDs Support Relationship Managers during sales campaign, group presentations etc. To visit potential clients to drive sales. Provide required information to clients about mutual fund schemes. Solving scheme related queries of SBI channels, NDs & IFAs. Regularly visit SBI Branches/IFAs/NDs to drive Mutual Fund sales
