Profile: Sales Associate
Job summary:Candidates will be getting calls of various issues related to customers laptops an desktop issues where in the candidates need to understand the problems and give a solution to the issues and make the customer understand that the reason of his or her problems in the computer after the customer isconvinced then the candidates needs to convince the customer to register his computer with a plan or software where the customer has to pay and then once the customer is convinced to pay after the payment is done the candidate needs to transfer the call to the technician for the service.
Candidates profile:Needs to speak in English.Needs to be flexible.Needs to close their own calls.Needs to be experience in Inbound Tech Support at least 6 months or 1 year.
Perks and Facility:Salary always on the 1st of the month.Fixed salary Good incentive 6 Days work.1 roster off.Night shift Leaves/comp offs/Paid Bday leaveNo streching of shifts.
