Job Description
Required to provide assistance to customers.
- Needs to interact 100% accurate English and should be working primarily in night shift.
- Should be willing to learn and grow within the organization and thus should be willing to spend time.
- Should be able to handle work pressure (multiple chats and compliance/quality along with night shifts).
- To inform the supervisor in advance of shift start in case of any unplanned absenteeism.
- To adhere to the company policies and guidelines (HR policies, Administration guidelines, Work station policy, Leave Policy, Compliance policy etc.)
- Should thrive towards maintaining a healthy schedule adherence (reporting to work and following break policy)
- Maintain a minimum TOS (time on system) as defined or outlined by your campaign.
- Work towards meeting and exceeding the targets provided as per the performance scorecard parameters/KPIs communicated.
