Responsibilities and Duties
The candidate is required to attend to the customer calls and provide them the required information.
The candidate should be able to understand the client complaints and work upon resolving them.
Deal with customer queries and ensure that appropriate resolution is offered efficiently.
Solving customer queries within a given period of time.
Also able to sell the new product to new and old customers.
Able to meet all companies KPI and SLA.
Lead generation initiatives to convert them to bookings.
Upselling various products and services of company to existing customers.
