Key Responsibilities:
Excellent command over English-should be fluent while speaking.
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
Work with team spirit to achieve a common goal i.e. customer satisfaction.
Responsible for handling all the inbound, outbound calls.
Should be a quick thinker, and an active listener.
