Job Description
Communicating with customers through various channels like emails, phone call, mobile chat
Interact with customers to provide information and assistance
Interact with operations team and courier partner for customer related queries
Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times
Responding promptly to customer inquiries
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
Escalating the customer complaint to the right department as and when required
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
