Urgent Requirement for Customer Care Executive,
Job Description:
  • Coordinating between the customer & Collection team for the renewal collections
  • Maintain high level of persistency and enhance customer retention through active relationship management
  • Follow-up with customers regarding revivals of lapsed policies on a day to day basis based on the premium intervals of the customers
  • Need to send the daily report on a daily basis and update activity management.
  • Should have experience in outbound service
  • Should have Good command in English & Hindi
Qualification: Any Graduate/Pursuing Graduation with 1 to 2 Yrs experience in call centre.
Salary: As per company norms
Age: 18 to 27yrs
Location: Hyderabad
