Job Description
- Ensure Patients rights and responsibilities explained to the patients and relatives by team members.
- Service existing clients.
- Fixing Appointments of Doctors, Dietician and other consultant doctors
- Coordinating the appointments with other relevant departments.
- Maintaining important documents, records, and files in a proper and organized manner
- Welcome visitors and guests and direct appropriately.
- Coordinating Registration of Patients and room allocation
- Admission Coordination with Nursing department
- Respond to public inquiries
- Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
- Updating of HIMS
- Responsible for daily cleaning and general maintenance of the reception.
- Any pending report, follow up and collections.
- Arranging maintenance visits and logging the duration thereof.
- Record and handle all incoming and outgoing couriers.
- Any task assigned by Department head from time to time
