We are looking for:
- Job Title: Customer Care Representative
- Job Location: Ahmedabad
- Resolving Customer queries through emails & phone calls for Air tickets booked for travel within India through Make My Trip.
- Salary Package: 16.7K CTC to 18K CTC
- Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Basic knowledge of computers, the Internet
- Flexible to work in rotational shift
- Rotational week offs
- Work Experience: Fresher / Experienced
