  • Job profile - Customer Support Associate
Profile Summary:-
  • Excellent Communication Skills, preferably any 2 language out of English, Hindi and Gujarati.
  • Focus on Customer Centricity.
  • Candidate must be able to attend Customer's Queries and respond to them.
  • Candidate must be able to deliver the Quality Service to our Customers.
  • Candidate must be adaptable to rotational shifts, however, FEMALE CANDIDATES WOULD HAVE ONLY DAY SHIFTS.
  • Candidate must have basic knowledge about operating computer and mobile phones.
  • This is a Voice Process for Reliance Jio Network.
Key Points:-
  • No night shifts for females.
  • Special morning batches of training for females.
  • Salary range is Rs. 12,000 to Rs. 17,000.
  • Salary would depend on candidate's Communication Skills as well as their Experience.
  • Pick or Drop Facility only in ODD Hours.
  • Better growth opportunities from career perspective.
  • performance based incentives would be given
  • any 2 days off in a week
  • over time 3000 per month
  • HSC and above can apply.
  • B.E./B.Tech./MBA Fresher's can apply only if they have relevant experience in this industry.
