Banking Process :
- Quality
check the information provided by the bankers on home loan
application
- Making
contacts with CA & Bankers for missing or incomplete
information
- Maintain
the self performance and client data processed on excel sheets
- Analyse
and take decisions on whether the application should approve or
decline
- Loan
applications with potential risk to be highlighted to Fraud or
Credit team
- Communicate
with the internal & external stakeholders via emails and calls
- Generate
offer letters for loan disbursement
- To
manage and complete the allocated work as per the agreed targets.
International Process - Collections (B2B &B2C)
- B2C
& B2B collections , with lucrative incentives.
- Review
accounts and call on premium customers.
- Include
outbound calls to collect / resolve customer queries related to
automobile.
- Includes
working with sales, billing and cash team for help
