Job Summary
We are looking for Customer Care Executive for Gozocabs- Leading Outstation cab provider. The candidate should be an expert in dealing with people.
Should have exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, as well as comprehensive knowledge of company policies and offerings.
The work would be to handle calls in the first place with high professionalism.
Experience required: 0-5 years

Responsibilities and Duties
- Talk to customers and help them with making their travel arrangements
- Help them with making booking reservations on Gozo
- Respond to customer inquiries and help them plan their itineraries / ticketing in addition to taxi.
- Capable of generating leads for outstation cab bookings using connections/social media etc.
- Willing to do sales
- Willing to work extra hours.
