Responsibilities and Duties

Responsible for rendering service to the clients Voice process
Handling Credit Card,
Responsible for end to end customer service for clients.
Cross sell financial products to customers.
Inform customers about new products or products enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.
Maintain complete relationship record for assigned customers account.
Accountable for giving customer service duties linked with customer contacts/inquires
Accountable for logging cases handle customers' needs to the system
Escalate to appropriate departments in time and follow up the case until it is closed
Stick to our Client's defined quality norms
Maintain on-going client relationships
Strong customer service skills to ensure total customer satisfaction
Good pronunciation and has a neutral accent, love the customer service industry
