Customer Care Executive
Job Description
Job Title: CSR (Customer Service Representative) for Educational Institute.
Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships and communicate in a professional manner with customers
- Outbound calling to our customers
- Accurately input data onto computer systems
- Educate customers on product information.
- Up sell by getting customers excited about new & existing products
- Seal the deal by using strong closing techniques
- Continue product education to provide exceptional service to customers
- Strong Outbound Sales background
- Strong Communication skills (Must speak fluent English) along with Tamil, Telugu, Odiya, Marathi, Hindi, Kannada. (Anyone regional language).
- Excellent organizational skills including follow-up and follow through
- Ability to work in a fast paced call center operations environment
- Team player
- Positive attitude
- Ability to use computers, data entry, and internet skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a diverse work environment
- Experience of sales of online course.
- 1-2 years’ experience in sales (B2C preferred)
- 10+2 or a Degree completed candidate
- Age – 19 to 25 Years (Male or female candidates)
