Job Title: CSR (Customer Service Representative) for Educational Institute.
Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships and communicate in a professional manner with customers
  
• Outbound calling to our customers
  
• Accurately input data onto computer systems
  
• Educate customers on product information.
  
• Up sell by getting customers excited about new & existing products
  
• Seal the deal by using strong closing techniques
  
• Continue product education to provide exceptional service to customers
  

• Strong Outbound Sales background
  
• Strong Communication skills (Must speak fluent English) along  with Tamil, Telugu, Odiya, Marathi, Hindi, Kannada. (Anyone regional language).
  
• Excellent organizational skills including follow-up and follow through
  
• Ability to work in a fast paced call center operations environment
• Team player
• Positive attitude
  
• Ability to use computers, data entry, and internet skills
  
•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a diverse work environment
  
• Experience of sales of online course.
  

• 1-2 years’ experience in sales (B2C preferred)
  
• 10+2 or a Degree completed candidate
  
• Age – 19 to 25 Years (Male or female candidates)
